Our client is one of the most famous brands in the luxury industry and we are currently recruiting a  Digital Social Media Manager M/F for International markets for their Jewellery and Watches department. In this context, you will be able to :

In a continuously changing media landscape with increasing local specificity, we need to find new ways to effectively connect with our (future) customers and drive the awareness and desirability of our brand. This role focuses entirely on the WFJ markets and on implementation of our media, digital and social strategies.

Attributions principales

Your main responsabilities will be the following :

  • You will be the everyday point of contact for our local media-digital-social leaders. You will share campaign strategies, guidelines and assets and will ensure full comprehension and adoption by markets
  • You will be the main point of contact for the approval and set-up of special local operations  across media, social and digital platforms. You will play a central role in clarifying objectives, the definition of the brief and aligning all stakeholders before the kick-off of a project
  • You will develop profound knowledge of the communication landscapes of key markets like China and the US which are critical for the growth of the WFJ business and leading the way in digital. You will visit these markets and others to work with the local teams and agencies and ensure you are fully aware of local challenges and opportunities
  • You will develop solid KPI tracking of market activity that allows to feed the learning curve on effective strategies, operations and formats. Your strategic analyses will allow us to distill key learnings  which need to be taken into account for future strategies, orchestrations and asset development. You will work hand in hand with the internet site team and corporate team. You will share WFJ results with other divisions, stimulating cross-divisional learning and synergy
  • You will nourish the rest of the media-digital-social team with your local knowledge and expertise, helping them to define more effective strategies and better briefs for our Artistic Department
  • You are in charge of the pan-international media strategy, buying and performance monitoring with the help of the media agency
  • Each year you will help to assess whether global communication ambitions for the year to come match local reality in terms of budget. You will provide guidance on what can be achieved and what cannot, set up financial guidelines for markets and monitor them throughout the year. You will always strive to find solutions or alternative ways that we could use to realize the global ambitions
  • You will co-create an international community of WFJ media-digital-social experts with whom you will share news, best practices and performance with the aim of developing our collective intelligence and competence.
  • You graduated from an MBA/ leading Business School and do have 7+ years of experience working for strong image brand(s)
  • You have implemented communication/media strategies on a local level (on client or agency side) and ideally have experience in online media buying
  • You are a strategic thinker with great analytical skill yet with a hands-on and collaborative mentality. Clear objective setting and KPI tracking come natural to you
  • You have an international profile : professional experience in at least 2 continents is a plus. Fluency in English and French is a must
  • You have affinity with luxury brands, are curious and open-minded. You have the ability to travel internationally
