Digital Marketing Manager London H/F

Overview of the role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the digital strategy in Europe, supporting the execution of digital campaigns and contributing to the development of digital activity globally.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role to support the business by increasing the traffic and ecommerce performance on the website.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement all European paid search and retargeting campaigns in multiple languages
  • Support specific New York and Hong Kong campaigns to maximise impact and efficiency in full cooperation with the NY Digital Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with the Marketing Managers and the European regions to ensure budget goals are met
  • Manage KPIs to provide full reporting on digital and business conversions
    • KPI’s may include conversion rates, return on investment, and number of new customers acquired
  • Provide recommendations and optimizations based on analysis to improve campaigns efficiency (allocation of spending, geo-location, devices, etc.)
  • Refine retargeting campaign segmentations to increase ROI, reconversion and develop cross-selling
  • Leverage new online targeting capabilities to capture new audiences and create more online engagement



  • Educated to degree Level with a background in Digital Marketing
  • Technical knowledge in site tagging, retargeting, paid search
  • Very good knowledge in Google Ad Words, ad platforms such as Perfect Audience or Turn and web analytics such as Omniture
  • A balance of strategic, analytical and innovative thinking
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint


  • European languages would be a plus
